Country Lane Suite of Products

Hi everyone,
I am going to show off some fall cards I have created using the suite of products, Country Lane, from the 2018 Holiday catalogue.

Unfortunately, us here in Calgary did not get much of a fall this year. We went from summer to a week of fall and then straight into winter. In Southern Alberta, we got hit with a huge snowstorm yesterday and it does not look like fall here at all anymore.

I am not a huge fan of Halloween cards but I love fall looking cards and related sentiments.

I love this set so much!

Just look at the gorgeous embossing background! I used the embossing folder on a sheet of the champagne foil paper on this first card.

I used the embossing folder on a sheet of the brand new galvanized paper and it is just stunning!

I am going to play around with this set some more and see what else I can come up with!

For a limited time, there are a selection of Stampin' Up! products that are on sale! Be sure to stock up on card making essentials, especially the adhesives!!

I have some more fun cards so stay tuned!!

Talk soon,
Fallon

Dashing Deer Christmas Cards

Hi everyone!
It is starting to feel like winter here in Calgary so I thought it would be the perfect time to share a couple Christmas cards!!

Both of the cards were made using the Dashing Deer bundle which is gorgeous! I love the details on all of the deer's.

The first card was made using a brand new stamp set that can be easily overlooked when looking through the catalogue - the background which is the Buffalo Check background stamp! I have seen so many different examples other demonstrators have come up with using this stamp.

This second card was made using three products that are unfortunately no longer available (the DSP which was for a special promotion in September, the cut out that was from the August promotion and then the red glimmer paper).

Starting today, there is a promotion to celebrate World Card Making Day! Now is the perfect time to stock up on card making essentials.

Check out all the items on the website HERE.

That's all I have for today but check back for more holiday cards!

Talk soon,
Fallon

August 2018 Paper Pumpkin Blissful Blooms

Hi everyone,
Man, I have been MIA for a long time! The summer was pretty crazy, with our family vacation, then my parents visiting and working on our home renovations, I didn't have any time or any space to create projects.

My creative space was not accessible for a while because we redid our flooring so I had to pack it all up for a while. I had to move my supplies a few times because we painted the walls, redid the flooring and we then replaced all the baseboards.

But now I am back! I have quite a few posts planned and even a couple classes so stay tuned for the class announcements.

I am very behind in my Paper Pumpkin posts so today's is all about August's kit, Blissful Blooms.

I love the watercolor look of the flowers and the stamp set came with some very nice sentiments that I do not have.

The stamp set had quite a few sentiments so I stamped a variety of them.

The cards are so simple, yet so elegant at the same time!

Here is the video so you can see the cards put together:
