My First Bullet Journal is Coming to an End

Hey everyone,
Today's topic is something I have wanted to blog about for a long time now - Bullet Journal! I first discovered this system back in August. It has helped me become so much more organized plus I can be as creative as I want.

If you want to read up more on this, you can visit the official Bullet Journal website.  You can also look at Pinterest to see everyone's interpretation of this.

Bullet Journals are not just for planning - you can record anything and everything you want in it! I have everything from Christmas gift lists, budgeting, my to be read book lists, or wishlists for stuff I want to buy. I have even started tracking all of my Stampin' Up business info, ideas for classes and blog posts, and even card ideas. The possibilities are endless for what you put in the journals.

I am starting to get to the end of my very first journal, so thought this would be a good time to introduce you to this and stamping in your bujo (short for Bullet Journal).

Purple is my first journal; the bottom journal is the new one I will be starting.

The first stamping I want to show you is for  page I created for all the information on the plants I have on my deck. I used the new host stamp Tranquil Tulips and the Eastern Palace vinyl stickers.

The second page I want to show you is my July monthly. I used the Letters For You and Falling Flowers stamp sets.

As you can tell by the two pages, but the Stampin' Up! ink does show through on both sides. It does not bother me at all but for someone people it really bother's them.

As for the next journal I will be starting, it is the official Bullet Journal journal that I picked up in Chicago at Barnes & Noble. On the pages in the back of the journal there is a lot of information on bullet journaling.

In the coming weeks, I will have some more posts showing how I am setting up my new journal.

If you are in Canada and wish to start a Bullet Journal you can pick up the journal that is very popular in this community - Leuchtturm1917 Medium Dotted at Indigo/Chapters. There are so many colours, sizes and insides to choose from. You can get blank journals, lined, grid or dotted. I prefer grid but it is your preference.

I could keep going on about Bullet Journals! There is so one way to set up a journal - you can be as creative as you want! For my weekly and monthlys I have done so many different versions to see what I like best. You can be on the minimalist side and just use one pen and a ruler or you can be so creative, use everything from stamping, colouring, stickers, washi tape - so many possibilities!

Anyways I think I have talked enough about Bullet Journaling today. I will be back next week with some new cards with more brand new product that is waiting for me at home to use!

Talk soon,
Fallon
